His daughter Sarah joined the Business in 2002 and progressively became involved to modernise the business and take it to a new professional level. The brilliant staff are what have made the company so successful over the many years. Safety Bay Settlements is completely independent as we have no direct association with any Real Estate Agency. We are able to settle on properties anywhere across Western Australia and can be contacted anytime. We can also assist private buyers and sellers prepare the Offer and Acceptance contract for no extra charge.

KIM MCDONALD - Principal / Licensed Settlement Agent (Conveyancer)

Kim is well qualified and experienced with nearly 50years in the real estate industry with commencing settlements in 1977. Kim is a Member of CPA Australia (Certified Practising Accountants) and Australian Institute of Conveyancers. Over the years Kim has become qualified and obtained Certificates in Real Estate Management; Settlement Agent Procedures.

SARAH MAHONY - Director / Licensed Settlement Agent (Conveyancer)

Kim's daughter Sarah joined the team in 2002 and after a lot of studies obtained her Settlement Agents Licence and Diploma in 2006. Sarah has become a Member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (AICWA) and Australian Institute of Management (AIM). Sarah was an AICWA Councillor for 4 years and also Chair of the CPC Governing Committee (Certified Practising Conveyancer) for 5years.

NARELLE PATRIZZI - Licensed Settlement Agent (Conveyancer)

Narelle joined us in 2019 as a part time conveyancer which quickly became full time. She has extensive experience in the conveyancing industry over many years working in various firms. After studying the Advanced Diploma in Conveyancing, Narelle obtained her Licence in 2023.

KAITLIN DAVIS - Conveyancing Assistant

We welcomed Kaitlin to our crew in 2023 as a Trainee Conveyancer who is eager to learn all things Settlements.  She will be assisting in all matters with administrative tasks to build on her knowledge in the profession.
