  • No, settlement can be completed remotely however depending on the circumstances, you may be required to visit your nearest Australian Consulate to be formerly identified and have your physical documents witnessed. 

  • In WA, they're the same. Settlement agents handle the legal transfer of property titles.

  • No, we operate 100% electronically, or paper if clients prefer. Please contact our office asap if you prefer paper documents over digital.
