We’ve been helping people navigate property settlements since 1977. What started with Kim McDonald, our founder and Licensee, has grown into a family-led team committed to making the settlement process seamless and stress-free. Kim, a Certified Practicing Accountant as well as a Certified Practicing Conveyancer, has spent over 47+ years combining his expertise and community values to build a business that people trust.
In 2002, Kim’s daughter, Sarah Mahony, joined the team, adding her fresh approach to the business. Together, Kim and Sarah bring a unique blend of experience and innovation, ensuring every client feels supported and informed throughout their journey.
